SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Information :

We ship to almost every country in the world.
Shipments are made within 24-48 hours of order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.
Your shipping costs depend upon the shipping methods and shipping destination.
The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days.
Receipt of payment must be received before we process your order.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail or call you when your order has shipped.

Depending On Location

Orders shipping to countries outside the Canada may be subject to brokerage fees, import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Skatetek does not cover these additional charges.

We will choose the appropriate way of transport at our sole discretion, unless otherwise expressly instructed by the customer.
Generally we deliver the product through courier.
All risk is transferred to the customer as soon as the goods are delivered by the forwarding agent.
The customer has to report any transport damages immediatel to the forwarding agent.
Transport damages also have to be reported to us in order to assert any claims.

Delivery time may be delayed, if we do not receive all the information necessary for processing your order.

International shipment can take up to 14 business days

Once your order arrives, make sure to inspect all components for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Sign for the order only if the product is in an acceptable condition.
