If there is a manufacture defect under warranty within terms of the warranty, the purchased product can be returned to us for repair or replacement, providing it is in its original shape and package and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase or confirmed delivery to you. Warranty shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address or Refused Shipments
If you provided us with an inaccurate shipping address or the shipment was refused by the recipient and your order is returned to us by the shipping company, we will refund your purchase minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges and will also deduct additional shipping charges for the return (as charged to us by the shipping company). We count on your to provide the correct shipping address for your order therefore please be sure provide us with the correct and complete shipping address for your order.
Each of our board is inspected prior to dispatch to our customers to make sure that no board leaves damaged. If you find your purchased product to be damaged in any way on delivery to you, we require that you notify us by e-mail or call within 48 hours of receipt providing a detailed and full description of the problem and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Promptly return the product to us including a fully completed Returns Form. Once we receive the returned product and if the returned item is proved to be damaged we will replace your order immediately. Please ensure the returned product is securely packaged and well protected.
Lost or Missing Shipments
Lost or missing shipments must be reported to Skatetek within a week of the expected delivery date. Should our shipping company show the lost or missing package as delivered, you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package was indeed not received by you. Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer and Skatetek shall assume no liability for unreported missing or lost shipments.
It is our intention to process each order with 100% accuracy. If there is a shipping error on our part related to your order, please accept our sincere apologies in advance. Please call or e-mail us immediately to report the error. We will organize to pick up the incorrect product and send out the correct replacement product at our cost. Please note we do not offer refunds if through this process you change your mind.
How to Return a Product
Please call us or e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization Number before returning any order. You must send us a fully completed return form with any returned product. All unauthorized returns will be refused, you must contact us first to return any item, and simply shipping the item back to us can result in lost packages or additional processing charges that will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in its original shape and original manufacture’s packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging or if is not in “as-new” conditions, it will be sent back to you. No partial returns will be accepted. All items must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Under no circumstances is user-damaged product returnable. We don’t accept any product if it is not in its original brand new condition or missing parts, or has signs of use or misuse, or is not suitable for resale. On returned product the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded (unless the return is a result of our error on our part).
